Manchester City came from behind to secure their passage through to the semi-final of the Champions League with a 2-1 win over Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday night.
Dortmund took the lead with just 15 minutes on the clock as Jude Bellingham picked out the top corner with a wonderful strike from the edge of the area.
With Dortmund ahead on away goals the pattern of the game was set as Edin Terzic’s side sat deep and told Manchester City to come and break them down, and City were handed a glorious opportunity to do just that early in the second half.
Emre Can was adjudged to have deliberately handled the ball following a lengthy VAR check and Riyad Mahrez stepped up to smash his team level on the night and put them 3-2 up on aggregate.
Phil Foden fired a wonderful left-footed effort into the top corner with 15 minutes to play to hand City a 4-2 aggregate lead and secure their place in the last four.
