The new issue of our official club magazine Inside United is out today (Tuesday 8 June), with an emotive picture on the cover showing the team walking out in front of fans at Old Trafford for the first time in 14 months.

How fitting, then, that the Uruguayan is one of the main treats in the new issue of IU. We’ve got a full interview with El Matador, where he discusses his first season as a Red and what he’s looking forward to next term after signing his contract extension.

There’s also a big interview with Sir Alex Ferguson, who spoke with actor (and devout Red) Christopher Eccleston ahead of the release of the excellent new SAF film, Never Give In.

There’s also a special, bumper season review, as we reflect on the epic, unprecedented 2020/21 campaign. We hear from the players, as we analyse where United have progressed and how we can improve next term.

We’ve also got the big event of the summer covered: the delayed Euro 2020 tournament, which gets under way this Friday in Rome.

It’s the only place to get a United-focused take on the tournament, which focuses on the Reds that will be involved. We’ve also got the upcoming Copa America covered, too.

And we’re also celebrating the return of fans in a big way. We had supporters at the aforementioned Fulham game and also at the Europa League final in Gdansk, but what difference could home crowds make to our home form in 2021/22?

Plus there’s all the usual IU regulars, including our always-popular quiz.

The July 2021 edition of Inside United is on sale in shops now, and is also available to buy or subscribe to via
