Messi Glides Past Venezuela Players With His Dribbling Skills
Argentina might have suffered a 3-1 defeat to Venezuela in their friendly match, but Lionel Messi produced a magical moment on the pitch.
The 31-year-old Barcelona captain picked up the ball in the second half and found himself being challenged by one player.
However, the Argentina captain shrugged off the challenge and dribbled his way past two more players before whipping in a perfect cross to Lautaro Martínez.
Unfortunately for the 21-year-old Inter Milan striker, his bullet header was superbly saved by Wuilker Faríñez and also denied from Messi registering a beautiful assist.

Unsurprisingly, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner impressed many football fans with his moment of brilliance.
“I would love to see a Messi dribble and cross to a powerful [Cristiano] Ronaldo header. Just once in my lifetime,” one user wrote on Reddit.
A second said: “Messi looked so frustrated there and still pulled it off with ease.”
A third wrote: “Skips passed [sic] three and drops a dime between two defenders, perfectly placed for his CF. F****g insane.”
A fourth added: “Most other players and the clip would have ended with the ball fed down the wing and it would still have been great play. Messi is on another level.”
Salomón Rondón opened the scoring for Venezuela and Jhon Murillo doubled his side’s lead before half-time.
Lautaro was able to pull one back for his side, but Josef Martínez fired home from the spot kick to hand Lionel Scaloni’s men a defeat.
