Fulham are set to be without four senior players for their Premier League clash against Manchester United.

In a midweek game that will see fans return to Old Trafford, United can rubber-stamp second place with a victory over their already-relegated opponents.

Scott Parker and his team are playing only for pride – having relinquished their top-flight status during a 2-0 defeat to Burnley on May 10.

It was a Premier League encounter which also saw them lose Antonee Robinson to injury.

Elsewhere on the treatment table, defender Alfie Mawson returned early from his loan spell with Bristol City, after rupturing his cruciate ligament while on duty for the Championship club.

Here is the current state of play with injuries at Fulham.

Tom Cairney

Injury: Knee (December 19 vs Newcastle United)

Return date: Next season

What Parker has said: “It’s literally week by week and sometimes day by day. It’s trying to manage the pain when we can. It’s proving to be a tricky one at the moment. He’s doing all he can. We’ve gone and seen some people and got some specialist reports and there’s a new way we’re going to go in the next 10 days and hopefully this will help get him on the right track.”

Terence Kongolo

Injury: Knee (April 9 vs Wolves)

Return date: Next season

What Parker has said: “I’m gutted for Terence. I didn’t expect him to play as well as he did against Wolves. He had been out for some time and this was his first game back and he was brilliant.”

Antonee Robinson

Injury: Ankle (May 10 vs Burnley)

Return date: May 23 (vs Newcastle United)

Having joined the Cottagers from League One side Wigan Athletic ahead of the 2020/2021 campaign, the United States international has played 28 times in the Premier League, often as Parker’s first choice at left-back. However, on day that saw Fulham relegated back to the Championship after a one-season stay, the 23-year-old picked up a ankle injury against Burnley. Robinson could return to action on the final day, but the trip to Old Trafford might just come to soon for him.
