Footballers Boycott Social Media In PFA's #Enough Campaign
Professional footballers in England and Wales are boycotting social media in PFA’s #Enough campaign against racism.
PFA have organised a campaign which begins on Good Friday to mark the start of a 24-hour boycott on all platforms.
A number of high-profile racist incidents in domestic and international football have prompted PFA to take action in protest.

Watford captain Troy Deeney, who has been subject to racist abuse, said: “Enough is enough.”
“On Friday we are sending a message to anyone that abuses players – or anyone else – whether from the crowd or online, that we won’t tolerate it within football,” said the 30-year-old striker.
“The boycott is just one small step, but the players are speaking out with one voice against racism.”
A host of Premier League stars have shared PFA’s ‘#Enough’ post on social media.
