Latest on Ryan Fraser, Jack Butland, Rodrigo and Pedro

Fraser to Arsenal?

Arsenal manager Unai Emery is looking to bolster his options on the wing. Reports suggest the player he is looking at is Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser. 25-year-old Fraser, a Scottish international, has been in impressive form this season. A £20 million swoop could be attempted in the summer.

Should the transfer go through, it would mean his former club, Aberdeen, receive a cash windfall. A 20% sell on clause was agreed when he moved to the South Coast from Scotland. He arrived at Bournemouth in 2013 for just £400,000 and helped the club reach the Premier League. Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are also interested.

Butland Wanted by Palace

Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland could be heading back to the Premier League. Butland, an England international, was relegated with Stoke last season and they have struggled to adapt to the Championship. Crystal Palace are reported to be the front runners for his signature.

The Eagles look set to be in the market for a new keeper come the summer. 25-year-old Butland appears to be their number one target. The England shot-stopper stuck by Stoke when they were relegated; however, with the club not in contention for promotion, they should be playing Championship football again next season.

City Interested in Rodri

Pep Guardiola may have found the replacement for Fernandinho he has been looking for. Rodrigo Hernandez Cascante, or Rodri as he is known, appears to be the player Guardiola wants. The Atletico Madrid midfielder only signed last summer for £18 million. However, there is a release clause in his contract.

Rodri has been compared to Barcelona legend Sergio Busquets, a player Guardiola knows well. Madrid want to keep their midfielder; however, they would be powerless to stop City should they meet his £59.8 million release clause.

Italian Rivals Want Pedro

Italian giants and fierce rivals AC Milan and Inter Milan are chasing Chelsea’s Pedro. The 31-year-old Spanish international has a contract until next year. However, should the Blues wish to recoup some of the money they paid, then they could have to sell this summer.

Any transfer dealings could depend on whether Chelsea successfully appeal a transfer ban. Pedro has performed well this season and both AC and Inter reportedly wish to sign him this summer.
